Your art was pretty and the sound was very good.
The animation however was way too limited and recycled. You used one shot at least 6 times. It's a cheap way to animate. I think it is just laziness on your part of not wanting to animate something further.

You use too much character dialogue for exposition. Your ability to convey a story is lacking, and therefore was very boring. Instead of having the characters tell giant amounts of backstory, actually have the events deal with what they were saying. Use action, not dialogue. Action can work without dialogue but dialogue doesn't work without action.
